Zbigniew has been involved in corporate communication since 1987, including organization of internal processes, procedures, internal PR, etc., as well as design of visual communication. He has conducted numerous audits of companies and organizations in terms of procedures, internal communication, employee relations.
He has completed several scientific research projects in the field of communication. He is a lecturer at the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Wroclaw. He is the author and editor of more than 30 scientific publications. He conducts trainings and workshops on communication, including methods of evaluation of communication activities for companies and institutions.
